Aug 3 2025 – 354th Raghavendra Swamy Aradhana Celebrations @ Georgetown Event Center

Report on 354th Rayara Aradhane Celebration @ SVKV Austin

Dear Hari-bhaktas,

Aug 3rd 2025 has been a blessed day for all of us in Central Texas.

With the blessings of our beloved Swamiji, Paryaaya HH Shri Shri Sugunendra Tirtharu, and the grace of Lord Almighty, Shri Venkata Krishna Vrundavana (SVKVA Austin ) successfully celebrated the Shri Raghavendra Swamigala 354th Aradhana in Central Texas near Austin TX at Georgetown Event Center with great devotion and grandeur.

Under the leadership of our beloved Shri Avinash Acharya, 700 devotees assembled from the early morning hours and participated in various pooja and aradhana celebrations at the community center.

The morning celebration started at 9:30 AM with Ganapathi Pooja. This was followed by Shuddha Punyahavachana and Samoohika (group) Maha Sankalpa led by Avinash Acharya and aptly assisted by Krishna Bhat.

Panchamrutha Abhisheka followed along with recital of Rayara Ashtottara Stotra.

After this devotees participated in Pallaki Seva Utsava around the Georgetown community Center in the serene park environment. The Central Texas heat did not deter the Bhaktas of all ages from participating with energy and fervor.  The Pallaki Seva was led by a group of devotees chanting Rayara Stotra in the lead. This was followed by several ladies, children and men singing songs on Rayaru.

Later Shri Avinash Acharya led the Rayara Rathotsava, inside the event center with devotees participating in Devara Namas and getting the blessings of Rayaru.

Shri Avinash Acharya concluded the Pooja with Maha Naivedya and Maha Mangalarthi. Shri Acharya then explained to the gathering the significance of celebrating Shri Rayaru’s Aradhana. His speech in English was well received by all.

This was followed by Theertha Prasadam (lunch) for all the devotees. During lunch several devotees participated in singing devera namas as well.  After lunch devotees collected Phala Mantrakshate from Achar.

Special thanks to Shri Ravi Bhat and volunteers from Houston TX in helping prepare prasadam.

Of course, this would not have been possible without the whole-hearted support from devotees of “aasthika nagara”

in the form of generous donations and numerous Sevas.

Special thanks to all the passionate volunteers who helped with various activities in planning, execution and support of the Aradhana Celebrations.
